🏥 SNHS Athletic Physical Night 🏃♂️🏐🏈
South Newton High School will be offering Athletic Physicals provided by Dr. Dan Daluga for students who need an IHSAA physical for the 2026-27 school year.
📅 Date: Thursday, April 30
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: SNHS Main Office
💲 Cost: $25
Cash or Check Only (Check payable to South Newton Athletic Department)
👩⚕️ Who can attend?
Open to students in Grades 5–12 participating in sports
📞 Appointments are required (No walk-ins)
To schedule, please call SNHS Nurse Mrs. Durham at (219) 474-5167 ext. 3306 after 12:00 PM
⚠️ Please Note:
These exams are sports health screenings. If any concerns arise, students may be referred to their primary care provider or another health care specialist for further evaluation before full participation clearance.
