South Newton High School

South Newton High School is proud to announce Robert Jeffers of Kentland as our Student of the Week!  Robert is the son of Cheryl Serrano and Miguel Serrano.  Robert has been active in FBLA for four years, swimming for three years, drama for three years, and track for two years.  He is the FBLA Chapter President and FBLA State Secretary, and he recently placed 1st at the State FBLA Convention in Computer Problem Solving and Cybersecurity.  He will compete this summer at the FBLA National Convention. Robert also played the role of Oliver Warbucks in Annie Jr.   Robert plans to attend Ivy Tech for two years before transferring to Purdue to major in Chemistry.  Congratulations, Robert!
